Business general liability insurance does not cover injured employees, because they are covered under workers compensation insurance.
If you have employees, most states require that you provide workers compensation coverage for those employees. In Maryland, if you have one non clerical employee, or more than one employee overall, you MUST provide workers compensation insurance coverage for them.
