Orion180 Insurance has launched its FLEX homeowners insurance coverage in Colorado.
FLEX Home Insurance is designed to give homeowners greater control over how they protect their property, allowing them to tailor coverage to fit their individual risk tolerance and budget.
The product is powered by a hail and wildfire risk model built specifically for Colorado. The company’s underwriting and rating engine evaluates individual property characteristics to reflect actual risk exposure.
Coverage A limits are available from $300,000 up to $2 million. Policyholders can select optional perils including wind, hail, tornado, and named storm coverage, as well as a variety of deductible and co-pay options.
Additional features for the product in Colorado include:
- Multiple roof coverage options, including replacement cost value, actual cash value and roof limit selections
- Deductibles ranging from $2,500 or 1% up to $100,000 or 10%
- Optional co-pay feature
- Excludable coverages including loss of use, personal liability and medical payments
